Membership rules
- Membership is free. There is no paid tier or monthly subscription.
- Tiers follow eligible website spending over the last 6 months: Pro RM300, Elite RM1,000. Order count does not affect your tier.
- All tiers update automatically as spending enters or leaves the 6-month window. Below RM1,000 is Pro; below RM300 is Player. There is no tier protection.
- Website orders earn 2 TX Points for every RM1 of eligible paid spend.
- Eligible Shopee orders dated 1 July 2026 or later earn 1 TX Point for every RM1 of paid spend.
- New Shopee claims are temporarily paused. Existing claims and Points are unchanged.
- Website and Shopee Points use the same Spin & Win reward list.
- Every completed spin wins one listed reward. Player uses 100 Points, Pro 90, and Elite 80.
- The wheel animation is illustrative. Equal-sized segments do not mean equal chances of winning.
- Balance prizes are added automatically, expire 180 days after issue, and can pay a full order or reduce a checkout total.
- The part of an order paid with Balance does not earn more Points.
- Cancelled, failed, refunded, or unpaid orders do not earn Points. Refunded Points are reversed.
- Xbox Games Request, custom request, and manual quote orders need approval before Points are awarded.
