Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy
TX Online Shop sells digital games, subscriptions, and activation support. Orders are delivered online, not by courier or physical parcel.
Delivery method
You can choose a redeem code or seller-assisted activation for your purchase, subject to the selected product and its activation instructions. Seller-assisted activation is not the same as receiving a code to redeem yourself. Check the platform, edition, account, and region requirements before payment.
After payment
Keep your order ID and follow the instructions on the order or payment-result page. If WhatsApp is requested for delivery or activation, use the order link to contact us. A submitted order or a pending payment is not confirmation that payment has been received.
Delivery timing
For non-pre-order products, digital delivery is available immediately after payment confirmation. Seller-assisted activation still requires the account and verification steps shown on the listing; payment confirmation alone does not mean activation is complete.
Steam and PC accounts
Steam and PC games are activated on your own account. We do not supply new accounts. The selected game may still have launcher, region, and account requirements.
Pre-orders
For pre-orders, seller-assisted activation can be arranged after payment. Pre-orders can only be played from the release date or the official early-access date included with the selected edition. Not every pre-order includes early access; check the listing before payment.
Subscription payments
Game Pass and Ubisoft+ are one-time purchases for the selected duration. We do not set up automatic renewal or recurring charges with our store or the platform.
Delivery cost
There is no physical shipping fee for digital products. Delivery and activation issue support are included with the order. Any payment-method fee shown at checkout or by the payment provider is separate from shipping; review the final total before confirming payment.
Payment-method fees
WhatsApp checkout with direct bank transfer or our DuitNow QR has no payment fee. Credit and debit cards add the 3.5% transaction fee shown in checkout. AffanPay adds a separate fee based on the chosen bank, wallet or Grab PayLater option; PayLater fees can be higher than wallet fees. The amount shown before leaving our checkout excludes the AffanPay fee. Review the fee-inclusive total on AffanPay before paying. Selecting an online payment method does not change the product price.
