After payment, keep the order page open if possible. The payment provider may take a short time to confirm the final status.

Step 3: Follow your delivery instructions

Check the order or payment-result page after payment confirmation. If it asks you to contact WhatsApp for delivery or activation, use that order link and include your order ID. The next step depends on the product purchased.

Step 4: Activation support

If you get an error during activation, send a screenshot before retrying many times. This helps us identify platform, account, code, or activation-step issues faster.

Is there a shipping fee?

No physical shipping fee is needed for digital products. Delivery and activation support are handled online.

How fast is delivery?

For non-pre-order products, digital delivery is available immediately after payment confirmation. Seller-assisted activation still requires the account and verification steps shown on the listing; payment confirmation alone does not mean activation is complete. Pre-orders can only be played from the release date or the official early-access date included with the selected edition. Not every pre-order includes early access; check the listing before payment.

What if my payment page says unknown or pending?

Refresh the payment result page first. If it still does not update, WhatsApp us with the transaction ID and order ID so we can check it.
